All of our orders have a tracking number, which you’ll be provided with via email when your order is shipped.
Orders are sent via Australia Post for security and speed of delivery.

- Estimated Delivery Time – 5 to 6 Business Days
- Cost – $8.00 Flat Fee
- Estimated Delivery Time – 1 Business Day
- Cost – $11.00 Flat Fee
Estimated delivery times (International)
Delivery of international orders is via Australia Post International Parcel Post at the following rates:
- Estimated Delivery Time – approximately 5 business days, no signature required on delivery
- Cost – $17 flat fee
- Estimated Delivery Time – approximately 4 business days, with signature required on delivery
- Cost – $43 flat fee
Processing & shipping your order
Once we receive your order, we will start processing it straight away! All orders are processed within one
to four business days, and then shipped to you, according to your preferred method of shipping.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment
and a tracking number which you can use to track your order with Australia Post.
Simona Bridal does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If you are seeking further information about any bridal accessories you wish to order, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to assist.
We take the greatest of care with all our bridal accessories, headpieces and jewellery and ensure that all orders are packaged safely and shipped through a reputable source. On the very rare occasion that an order arrives to you damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it or issue a store credit to the equivalent value.
To return an item:
- Simply post the item back to us within 7 days of the shipping date*
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging to ensure no further damage on the return journey**
- Include a copy of your order receipt in the package
- Don’t forget to keep a copy of the parcel tracking number
* Items not sent back within 7 days of the shipping date will not be eligible for a credit.
** Items which are damaged or used when received by Simona Bridal will not be eligible for a credit.
