Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our pieces to all of our gorgeous international brides.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Both standard and express shipping options are offered on all domestic and international orders on the checkout page.

Can I track my item?

Yes, absolutely! All of our packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You can track your parcel’s journey from start to finish.

How are your products packaged?

All Simona Bridal products are beautifully packaged in custom keepsake packaging to ensure its safe arrival to you.

Returns and Exchanges

What if I change my mind?

Please choose your item carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If you are seeking further information about any of our products, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged or faulty goods?

We take the greatest of care with all our products and we ensure that all orders are packaged safely and shipped through a reputable source. We however do understand that on rare occasions, a product may arrive damaged. In that instance we will happily replace the item or issue you with a store credit to the equivalent value.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you are still able to checkout via PayPal as a guest using your credit card. You will not be charged any additional fees.
